What a fantastic achievement and journey. Thank you for letting us be a part of it 😃 Spay It Forward by WA Pet Project
🎉🎉Today is a MILESTONE day🎉🎉🎉
We've been waiting just over 5 years for this announcement:
Spay It Forward has now desexed over 1,000 cats and dogs all across WA🎉🌟🐾❤️
There are so many volunteers, organisations, businesses, donors, and contributors that it'll be hard to mention and thank them all, but we'll give it a go:
WA Pet Project our parent organisation, The Department of Primary Industries and Regional Development for the Animal Welfare - Round 1 grant that has significantly changed the way we operate with $50,000 granted to us this year, SavourLife for granting us $10,000 to desex female dogs in WA, Team Buffalo a small business acting proactively and who donated generously to help us desex female cats in WA, and the Vida Group's Grant Program that kicked this all off - thank you for making our dream a reality.
To the numerous volunteers that help with transport, collecting and organising cat carriers, and planning logistics - thank you. We've helped families with 1,000's of kilometres driven.
To the team behind the scenes that helps run this program - our president, vetwork coordinator, and treasurer - thank you. This is a small team working wonders!
To all the donors that give your hard-earned dollars to help stop unwanted litters being born in WA - thank you from the bottom of our hearts💛
Thank you to our current, and THE BEST, vet partners:
Challenger Veterinary Hospital
Atwell Aubin Grove Vet
Swan Valley Vet Centre
Wembley Veterinary Hospital
Banksia Grove Veterinary Hospital
Greenwood Veterinary Clinic
Heartlands Veterinary Hospitals
FINALLY, thank you to Nikki and John doing some serious transport kilometers for the animals desexed today and especially Boo and Tilly who are SIF999 and SIF1000.
Please help us keep our important, lifesaving work. All donations over $2 are tax deductible:
