📢 Client Communication Update
As we all know it can be often challenging and at times slightly frustrating getting in contact or receiving timely responses from your farrier, and although I don’t aim to make excuses for any lack of communication, unfortunately as a farrier and being a career of high demand often times we are receiving many incoming messages daily whether that be new enquires, changes in appointments, general questions or simply updates on ongoing cases.
Therefore as my business continues to grow, it can be difficult to keep track of and respond to messages across multiple platforms.
• Many enquiries currently come through Facebook Messenger, which can sometimes experience technical issues, message filtering, or account access problems.
• To help ensure I can always contact you when needed, I kindly ask that all clients include their phone number as well as address and or location when sending an enquiry.
•In the case of calling rather than enquiring via message. please leave a detailed voicemail or in addition a text message regarding your reason for calling as well as a contact number of your own. Unfortunately many times clients slip through the cracks as they simply slip into the category of “missed call no information”.
• Having a phone number on file provides a reliable backup contact method if there are ever issues accessing Facebook messages.
• This also helps me provide faster and more efficient communication regarding appointments, scheduling changes, and general enquiries.
Thank you for your understanding and I look forward to continuing to provide the best possible service for both you and your horses.
