Lead by our Director John Thornett who has over 20 years in the industry, we are one of the few pharmacy specialist accounting firms within Australia. We can assist pharmacy owners located in Perth, Sydney, Queensland, Melbourne, Adelaide, Darwin and Tasmania. Our clientele ranges from single pharmacy owners through to small pharmacy groups with multiple stores. Furthermore, we're equipped with the skills to provide information and tools to improve cash flow and profitability. However, what sets us apart from other firms is our mindset. The relationship with our clients is always our number one priority. Together, we work to improve their pharmacy’s bottom line and create a prosperous future. Our Vic is one of those bright, shiny lights who has touched the lives of the entire Peak Strategies team, and so many of our clients along the way.

I (Sarah) have chosen the slightly sad, overly emotional music for this one because apparently I’ve decided we all need to cry today. And yes, writing this is making me very teary.

It’s hard to say goodbye to someone who has been such a big part of our team. We’re going to miss your warmth, your laughs and simply having you around more than you know.

But as sad as we are to see you go, we’re also so excited for you and can’t wait to see what you do next. Whatever it is, we know you’ll bring that same Vic magic with you 🪄

After 12 incredible years of dedication and partnership at Peak Strategies, our wonderful practice manager and cultural ambassador Victoria Le is calling time on her tenure at Peak. While we will deeply miss their daily presence, Vic’s final day with us will be 9th October 2026.

Vic has been an integral part of our team, helping us grow through the years and we are incredibly proud of everything she accomplished here. We want to thank Vic for her years of dedication, leadership, exceptional service, and the lasting mark she will leave on our workplace.

Please join us in thanking Vic for her incredible service and wishing her the absolute best in their next chapter.
