You’ve got leads so why the f*ck aren’t they converting?

This is the question I get more than any other and the answer is almost never what people expect.

It’s not your price. It’s not your offer. It’s not the market. Before you say it, it’s not the algorithm, it’s not Mercury in retrograde or whatever the moon is doing this week.

The issue is your sales process. The bit between “I’m interested” and actually signing them.

When someone says “I’m keen” and you either know exactly what to say next or you just send a Calendly link, cross your fingers and check your phone every 20 minutes waiting for a reply (this is what most business owners are doing).

They get the lead, have a great chat, feel excited, send a proposal or a calendly link and then wait. Then when that lead goes cold they tell themselves the person wasn’t serious or they couldn’t afford it or they weren’t ready.

Then the whole painful cycle starts again.

Gird your loins sis, because here’s what’s actually happening.

☠️ There was no follow-up system. So the lead sat in their inbox untouched for four days while they convinced themselves they didn’t want to seem pushy. (Read: they absolutely did not follow up.)

☠️ There was no objection handling. So when the lead said “I need to think about it” they said “of course, take your time!” and proceeded to never hear from them again. Cool cool cool.

☠️ There was no clear next step. So the lead had to figure out what happened next themselves and they didn’t.

Your leads aren’t cold because they’re not interested. They’re cold because nobody showed them the way forward. This is a sales process problem and it’s completely fixable.

You don’t need a new offer, a bigger audience or a rebrand.
You just need to know what to say and when to say it.

DM me SALES if your leads are going cold and you’re done blaming everyone but yourself.

THE SALES FIX HAS LANDED 🍸

Most business owners aren’t losing sales because their offer is wrong. They’re losing them because of gaps in their sales process they don’t even know exist and that’s exactly why you need The Sale Fix.

It’s a free 13-page playbook and it’s got your name on it if your sales feel like a rollercoaster, you’re watching good leads go cold and you have no idea why, or you want to sell in a way that doesn’t make you want to crawl under a table.

Here’s what’s waiting for you 👀

🥵 The 5 myths most coaches and OSP carry into every single sales conversation and how one is quietly costing you clients. You probably don’t even know you believe them (but you will after this).

🥵 The 5 sales leaks draining your pipeline dry. From pitching too early to discounting before anyone even pushes back, this is why your leads aren’t converting. I bet you’ll recognise yourself in at least three of them.

🥵 The framework that will make you sales. This is the framework that will change every sales conversation you’ll ever have from here on. Buckle up 🤍

It’s free and it WILL change how you sell forever.

Your conversion rate isn’t low because of the market. I’m going to tell you exactly why 👀 (P.S You’re doing this to yourself).

Most people aren’t bad at selling because selling is hard. They’re bad at selling because of the way they’re doing it.

1. They’re coming in too hot. Like the weird guy in the club. Suggesting long-term containers before there is any connection. Sending the offer before anyone has shown interest. Following up so many times , it’s getting weird. Desperation has a smell and your dream client can smell it immediately.

You’re not building a relationship. You’re latching onto anyone who shows any interest.

2. They’re jumping on sales calls with anyone who breathes near their calendar. No prequalification. Just an hour of their time handed to someone who was never going to buy. And then they wonder why selling feels exhausting.

It’s exhausting because you’re doing it wrong. Your time is worth more than a free hour with someone who was ‘looking’.

3. They’re doing all the hard work in the DMs: building the conversation, creating the desire, getting the person interested and then taking three days to reply when they say they’re keen.

Your dream client isn’t sitting around waiting for you. They’re talking to three other people right now.

People hate selling because of the way they’re doing it. Coming in too hot. Wasting time on the wrong people. Letting hot leads go cold because they took too long to show up. Then blaming the market, the algorithm or their offer.

None of this is about your offer. None of this is about your price. None of this is about the market. It’s about how you’re selling,

And it’s fixable; you need to master the art of knowing how to sell.

DM me SALES if you want to know exactly where your sales process is breaking down.

The gap between $4k months and $32k months is deciding it’s yours to claim.

It’s not the economy. It’s not going viral. It’s not the f*cking algorithm.

How did my client do it? It’s actually really boring. She stopped starting over.

Every time it got uncomfortable she had an exit strategy. A new offer. A new direction. A fresh start. She would sell. Get uncomfortable. Go quiet. Convince herself it wasn’t working and that her audience hated her. Start again from scratch.

Sound familiar 🤡

This time she stayed in it and something interesting happened when she sat with the discomfort instead of running from it.
The leads started converting.
The follow ups started landing.
The right clients started showing up.

Not because she went viral or because she launched her 100th new offer. It was because she was locked in. She didn’t pivot. She didn’t rebrand. She didn’t convince herself that the offer was wrong. She didn’t ghost her audience for 6 weeks and only come back because she needed a cash injection.

She just kept going. 13 months. $4k to 32k.

The results were always on the other side of the discomfort.
