Settlement to almost plate height in less than 4 weeks over the Xmas/New Years period!! Can only be happy about that!!

Construction time is an important factor often overlooked when choosing a builder. Too often clients are focused on the bottom line. 💰💰

Saving $$$ on the construction cost always sounds good but it might end up costing you more when construction times blow out and your paying rent or interest for 3-6 months more than you should be!!
