Casey officially signed on today as an apprentice electrician after a solid 3-month trial with us. He’s been a ripper on the tools, fits the team culture perfectly, and has already proven he’s keen to learn the trade the right way.

At WILLO, we’re big on backing the next generation of WA sparkies — training them properly, keeping standards high, and making sure they’re proud of the work they put their name to.

Even better, this comes off the back of four of our crew recently completing their capstones 👏 — a massive effort and something we’re seriously proud of.

Have a Fronius Gen24 and no battery? Here’s a great example of what’s possible 👇

This home already had a quality Fronius Symo Gen24 system pumping out solid solar during the day—but like a lot of homes, a big chunk was being exported instead of used.

We’ve now added a 22kWh BYD battery to capture that excess and shift it into the night, where it actually makes a difference. The result? Far higher self-consumption, less reliance on the grid, and real savings where it counts.

The numbers say it all—strong daytime production now being stored and used after sunset instead of sent back for minimal return.

If you’ve already got a Gen24, adding a battery like this is one of the smartest upgrades you can make.
