It was a milestone day at our Hillgrove Mine as we loaded our first antimony concentrate shipment onto the truck. With the concentrate collected at the mine gate by our offtake partner, Wogen Resources, Hillgrove has officially become Australiaโ€™s newest supplier of critical minerals and a revenue-generating mine.

This milestone reflects the combined efforts of our processing and mine teams in commissioning and optimising the plant, and is significant for the New England region, supporting local jobs, businesses and economic activity.

With the first gold concentrate shipment being prepared and tungsten extraction testwork continuing to highlight positive results, we look forward to the next milestones at Hillgrove.

Weโ€™ve commenced the first shipment of antimony concentrate from our 100%-owned Hillgrove Mine in New South Wales, as Hillgrove becomes a revenue generating mine and officially Australiaโ€™s newest supplier of critical minerals.

The first shipment of 68 tonnes of antimony concentrate has commenced, with delivery by Mark Bloomer Transport Pty Ltd to our antimony offtake partner Wogen Resources at the mine gate. Having satisfied a condition of the offtake agreement, the Company will receive an initial payment for the delivery.

Production ramp-up at Hillgrove continues to advance, with plant availability in excess of schedule, processing daily tonnages increasing in line with schedule and ongoing improvements in grades of concentrate.

Tungsten metallurgy testwork continues in Australia and Canada, with positive results achieved to date. The Company anticipates processing tungsten in 2027 to add another high-value by-product to its production profile.

This is a key milestone for Australiaโ€™s critical mineral and mining sector and is also significant for the New England region, supporting local jobs, businesses and economic activity.

Weโ€™re continuing to define and expand multiple high-grade gold-antimony-tungsten lodes within the Metz Mining Centre at our 100%-owned Hillgrove Antimony-Gold Project in New South Wales, with strong drilling results from Blacklode, Midas, Endurance and the newly discovered Echidna Lode.

Significant results include:
Blacklode: 20.5m @ 9.4g/t AuEq, including 6.2m @ 27.2g/t AuEq.
Midas Gully: 20.0m @ 6.7g/t AuEq, including 8.0m @ 11.8g/t AuEq.
Endurance: 3.4m @ 13.7g/t AuEq and 2.0m @ 15.0g/t AuEq.
New Echidna Lode: 11.2m @ 6.7g/t AuEq, including 3.2m @ 17.5g/t AuEq.

All completed holes successfully intersected targeted structures in predicted positions, validating our geological and structural interpretation of the Metz Mining Centre.

With four diamond rigs operating and results pending from a further 17 drill holes, we are rapidly advancing towards a maiden Midas Mineral Resource while continuing to demonstrate the broader potential of the Metz Mining Centre as a major contributor to future growth at Hillgrove.

With Hillgrove now in production as Australia's largest antimony mine, we continue to focus on growing high-grade mineral inventory proximal to existing infrastructure, with multiple pathways to increase Hillgrove's resource base, extend mine life and create long-term shareholder value.

Interestingly, what we are seeing is the gold and tungsten grades appear to be increasing with depth. The potential for significant tungsten along with the already excellent gold and antimony grades certainly reinforces the potential of the orebody.

The Company has initiated the process of permitting Clarks for a very low footprint underground operation, in order to bring the operation online as a secondary feed source for the Hillgrove plant. Weโ€™re proud to have been named Emerging Miner of the Year, with our Non-Executive Director Rachelle Domansky and Senior Geologist Jonathan Berthiaume representing the company at the 2026 Australian Mining Prospect Awards held in Perth last week.

The award capped off a period of milestones for Larvotto at Hillgrove, with the mine officially reopened and production commencing in September, achievements driven by the entire team and supported by our shareholders, contractors, partners and the local community.

Weโ€™ve achieved a key operational milestone at our 100%-owned Hillgrove Mine in New South Wales, with first gold and antimony concentrate being produced from the processing plant.

Flotation cells and concentrate filter presses have been commissioned, with antimony and gold concentrate production commencing. With the successful production of first concentrate, we now move into the delivery phase of the offtake agreements we have secured, namely the antimony offtake with Wogen Resources and the gold concentrate offtake with Glencore. These partnerships provide Larvotto with established access to global commodity markets and supply chains.

Achieving first concentrate also reinforces Hillgroveโ€™s position as a globally significant new source of antimony, an essential critical mineral in growing demand from Western governments.

Our focus remains on ramping up Hillgrove to nameplate capacity and growing the Project into a multi-decade critical minerals operation.

It was a momentous day for Larvotto Resources as we officially opened the Hillgrove Antimony-Gold Mine on Thursday 10 September and celebrated the recommencement of mining with our team, local community, partners and supporters.

We were honoured to welcome Anaiwan Elders Aunty Rhonda and Aunty Cheryl, who delivered the Welcome to Country, and Uncle Darrell who conducted the Smoking Ceremony, providing a deeply meaningful start to the occasion.

We wish to acknowledge the many contractors, stakeholders and partners who have contributed to Hillgroveโ€™s journey back into production and celebrated with us at Hillgrove.

Above all, a huge thank you to the entire Larvotto team and the Hillgrove, Armidale and wider New England communities. Reaching this milestone less than three years after acquiring the project is an extraordinary achievement and reflects the commitment, determination and hard work of everyone involved.

Weโ€™ve returned multiple zones of significant gold-antimony-tungsten mineralisation from diamond drilling at Clarks Gully, confirming that mineralisation continues at depth and extends south.

Results include 9.5m @ 8.07g/t AuEq from 345.5m, including 0.5m @ 62.6g/t AuEq, and 9m @ 7.05g/t AuEq from 290m, including 1m @ 45.09g/t AuEq.

Drilling has further extended a significant multi-zone orebody, comprising stacked, parallel mineralised zones that remain open down dip and along strike. A high-grade, continuous plunging ore shoot is now clearly defined and remains open down plunge, providing compelling upside for further resource growth.

Tungsten is emerging as a significant growth opportunity at Clarks Gully, providing an additional potential source of value alongside gold and antimony, with CLG128 returning a standout intercept of 6.1m @ 1.43% WOโ‚ƒ from 345.5m and grades up to 5.44% WOโ‚ƒ in CLG136.

We welcomed the Hon. Tim Ayres, Minister for Industry and Innovation, to our Hillgrove Antimony-Gold Mine this morning, following the recent commencement of antimony and production.

Minister Ayres toured the upgraded processing plant and underground mine, met members of the Hillgrove team and saw firsthand the stibnite mineralisation that will underpin Australiaโ€™s largest source of antimony production.

The visit provided an opportunity to demonstrate Hillgroveโ€™s role in building Australiaโ€™s critical minerals capability and delivering a globally significant new source of antimony at a time when securing reliable supply has become a strategic priority for governments around the world.
