The time has come🤰🏼

With just a few weeks left until bub arrives, it’s time to officially sign off until I decide to come back to working. Which I know I’ll be itching to do.

How that looks yet, I don’t know. 🤷🏼‍♀️

I have not vibed with Instagram from a business perspective at all this year, hence why you haven’t seen me around.

I’ve been servicing my last few clients in the background and am so grateful a few of you have already said you would love to continue working together once I’ve had a little break to figure out first time mum life 🥰

Thank you to my wonderful clients, helping you to streamline and systemise your businesses has been so rewarding.

Looking forward to seeing what this next chapter of life brings. 💕

💥ANOTHER HUGE ANNOUNCEMENT💥and some real talk

I'm having a baby! 🌈🐣*photo from when I was 17wks - I'm now 23wks

I have debated with myself for weeks and weeks on whether to post this on my business page or not. Mainly because, I feel, being pregnant doesn't define me, it doesn't change me and it doesn't change the way I run my business or the way I work (for now anyway 😊).

The fear of "people won't want to work with me because my time available is limited" had crept in but the overwhelming response I have had for my offers and the clear need for them has shifted that limiting belief to "what if people don't know that you only have a few months left to help them out".

So, I'm due early April and will be finishing up with clients and all work at the end of March.
The beauty of working for myself, from home and having my business set up the way it is, allows me to work until I want to. Plus also pick it up if and when I want to in between.

But, at this stage I will be taking a good few months off to relish in being a first time mum. 🥹

So, if you have been sitting on the fence about working with me to help get your business tech & systems into place for a big and fruitful 2023. Don't sit on the fence for long.

Are you happy with your client journey?

Do you even have a client journey?

Something that has been coming up a lot with the coaches I’ve been speaking to lately is that they don’t have a client journey. 🤯😱

Often overlooked they are so very important!

Your business is literally servicing your clients, not just showing up to a weekly call.

Clients need love, they need to be wowed, they need to know that the money they’re investing is going to be worth it.

If you haven’t got a sexy and effortless client journey, your client is going to go find someone who does!!!

Before I became fully booked, I did one thing....

I took the time to set up a CRM system that was going to
👍🏼nurture leads,
👍🏼send contracts & invoices automatically,
👍🏼ensure my new clients were onboarded with ease and no steps were missed,
👍🏼send confirmation and touching base emails automatically,
👍🏼send progress reports & ask for client testimonials automatically
👍🏼offboard project clients with ease ensuring they felt they had received the best service ever and would recommend me to their biz friends.

After I spent the time implementing this into my business, within a few weeks I became fully booked. 🥳💃🏼

Before this I was
❌Copying and pasting template emails into my Gmail to send to potential clients
❌weekly trying to remember who I had sent a proposal to that needed following up
❌Forgetting to send invoices or contracts that needed to be signed and paid before any work begun
❌Not receiving social proof in the form of testimonials because I didn't follow up when asked.

Having a system in place that helped me to automate these tasks drastically changed my ability to have time to source new clients, and in turn onboard them with ease. Leading to me becoming fully booked 😁💰
