Sleep isn’t a one-time fix, it’s a journey.

There will be days when sleep feels easy and everything seems to align, and there will be days when it doesn’t. That’s completely normal.

Sleep changes as your child grows and develops. It often moves up and down throughout the first few years of life.

There isn’t a magic solution that will “fix” sleep forever, and there isn’t one method that works for every baby.

Instead of focusing on finding the perfect fix, focus on meeting your little one where they are right now 💛

Supporting the whole family, with realistic expectations and personalised guidance is so important when making sleep changes.

DM me for extra support 💛

Unfortunately it is…

The sleep industry is unregulated, and with so much content online now especially with AI, anyone can call themselves a “sleep consultant” and give advice that looks amazing.

That’s why doing your research matters when choosing who to trust with your family’s sleep support 🤍

Some red flags to watch for:
• One-size-fits-all advice or very strict schedules
• Promises to “fix” sleep in a certain timeframe
• Unsafe sleep recommendations
• Diagnosing medical issues like reflux, sleep apnea or enlarged tonsils
• No clear training or qualifications
• Consistently poor reviews from families

As sleep consultants, it’s important we stay within our scope and refer families to the right health professionals when needed.

I’ve completed 3 sleep courses, including training through the first international holistic sleep program. A holistic approach means looking at the whole picture, temperament, development, feeding, environment, family dynamics and more not just sleep alone.

I’ve worked as a sleep consultant for over 7 years, and as a mum myself, I understand how overwhelming sleep struggles can feel.

Every family is unique, which is why I believe sleep support should never be one-size-fits-all.

I take my job seriously & here to answer any questions you have ❤️

DM me with any questions or if needing trusted support ❤️

From 7 months, you can introduce a sleep-safe comforter in your baby’s cot 🤍

A comforter can help provide familiarity, reassurance, and support sleep associations as your little one grows.

Before 7 months, it’s recommended comforters are only offered during supervised awake times or while you are watching closely.

Every baby is different, so always choose a safe option and follow current safe sleep guidelines.

You’re asking the wrong question?

It’s not…
“How do I stop my child waking?”

It’s…
“Why are they waking?”

Be curious! That’s where everything changes 🤍

Sleep is just like a weight loss journey… 🤍

You don’t see results overnight
(and that doesn’t mean it’s not working)

Those small changes you’re making?
They’re building something BIG

More settled nights
Longer stretches
A baby who feels safe to sleep

It’s all coming ✨

Don’t get disheartened
Don’t give up

Consistency is where the magic lives

Stay with it…
Trust the process…
Your baby WILL get there 🤍

If you’re in the thick of it right now, I see you 🤍
Save this for the hard nights & send it to a tired mama who needs this reminder

We love sleeping babies… I’m here to help you get there 💤

In a Japan Zoo a baby macaque named Punch was rejected by his mother shortly after birth.

Without his mother’s body to cling to, Punch attached himself to a soft toy monkey placed in his enclosure that the zoo keepers gave to him.

He carried it everywhere.
He slept with it.
He clung to it for comfort and regulation.

Not because he was “spoilt.”
Not because he had formed a “bad habit.”

Because he needed connection.

Attachment is not learned behaviour.
It is wired into the nervous system.

When a child reaches for you at bedtime…
When they need your body, your voice, your presence…

They are not doing something wrong.
They are doing something biologically right.

Holistic sleep doesn’t remove attachment.
It protects it.

Sleep grows best from safety.
From co-regulation.
From feeling held emotionally and sometimes physically.

Connection is not the obstacle to sleep.
It is the foundation. 🤍

He stole all our hearts & so happy he has now formed connections with other Macaque ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Comment ‘Punch’ is you want sleep support ###

Have you heard of Reverse Goals?

Instead of always focusing on future sleep goals, pause and gently reflect on what’s already working.

As a holistic child sleep approach, we honour progress, not perfection.

Write down the little wins from the past hour...
The small shifts from today...
The progress from this month...
The growth over this year.

Maybe bedtime felt 10% calmer.
Maybe your child resettled once without help.
Maybe you responded with more patience.

Those small moments matter.
When we notice what’s working, we naturally create more of it.

That’s how secure sleep and confident parenting grows.

If you would like help with sleep please Dm me I’m here to help 💜

That “wired” feeling at bedtime isn’t your child being difficult — it’s their nervous system still in go-mode.

When children don’t get enough opportunities to downshift throughout the day, adrenaline can take over in the evening, making sleep feel harder than it needs to be.

Gentle rhythms, connection, movement, and calm moments during the day all help the nervous system feel safe enough to rest 💛

Save, like & share this with someone who might need it ❤️
