This Perioperative Nurses Week, we’re celebrating the S.T.A.R.S of our perioperative teams.

🌟 Scrub/scout nurses – support surgeons by managing instruments with precision and care.
🌟 Technicians – theatre and sterilisation techs who make sure equipment is sparkling clean.
🌟 Anaesthetic nurses – keep patients safe and comfortable before, during and after anaesthesia.
🌟 Recovery nurses – reassures and cares for patients after surgery.
🌟 Support staff – administration, educators, managers and cleaners who keep theatres running smoothly.

They tackle everything from preoperative assessments to postoperative care, and everything in between.
