Three new dwellings replace a single aged dwelling in the heritage style required by the council for this local area. A significant slope on the property required some innovating solutions.

Even my builder is getting in on the Ai act.
Well it is his dream house so no wonder.
Just outside of the city, overlooking a vineyard, not far from but below the level of the road, this Hacienda is going to sit quite nicely when it's done, overlooking the valley too.

Taking my plain straight renders and adding some style specific prompts gives a more realistic rendition of the final design.

Splitter project completed.
Where an old house was demolished, the lot was split for two side by side street facing dwellings that have now reached completion.

A new splitter project where a large lot with an old house is split into two for two new street front dwellings. These two are skinny but run deep into the lot. There is room enough for rooms both sides of a long passage to the large living area at the rear.
Four bedrooms, media room plus study nook with a large kitchen with scullery and walk in pantry.
All hidden away from the street.
