It's been a hot little minute since I've been on this page but I come back with some exciting changes!

5 years ago I was running a branding studio.​​​​​​​​
We had SO MUCH work,​​​​​​​​
beautiful clients, good processes, ​​​​​​​​
great publications and attention...​​​​​​​​
all looked great from the outside.​​​​​​​​
​​​​​​​​
But inside, I was so stuck.​​​​​​​​
I was deeply burnt out...​​​​​​​​
I had started resenting my clients, ​​​​​​​​
the thought of designing another logo made me sick.​​​​​​​​
​​​​​​​​
I kept having a vision...​​​​​​​​
Me... a large table.. women.​​​​​​​​
​​​​​​​​
In that vision, I didn't work with things, ​​​​​​​​
I worked with people.​​​​​​​​
​​​​​​​​
I inspired them and we made magic.​​​​​​​​
​​​​​​​​
I had no clue what it meant at the time.​​​​​​​​
I just knew where I was, wasn't IT.​​​​​​​​
​​​​​​​​
I was battling a chronic illness, I was so depleted... yet this vision, this thing kept coming up again and again.​​​​​​​​
​​​​​​​​
One day, straight out of a big surgery I was laying in bed in recovery mode.​​​​​​​​..and this thing, this vision kept coming up, so I sneaked out without anyone noticing, grabbed a piece of paper, and drafted it out.​​​​​​​​
​​​​​​​​
Then I texted a friend, we came up with an accountability kind of group and we worked on it. ​​​​​​​​
​​​​​​​​
For the next months, still sick, still burnt out, I committed to exploring that vision ​​​​​​​​..and in a super imperfect but heart-full way, I launched my first mastermind.​​​​​​​​
​​​​​​​​
I asked the photographer to retouch my big dark circles from being so sick. I did more tapping and meditation than ever before to shake the fear, ​​​​​​​​
​​​​​​​​
and I showed up!​​​​​​​​
​​​​​​​​
Since then, I've never looked back.​​​​​​​​
​​​​​​​​

Are you starting the year in full holiday mode? or is your head full of goals and plans and even overwhelm?​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​I'm so pumped.
I've been working hard to prepare this container.

It's called UNSTUCK.
And it's been with me for a while, taking shape, marinating, adapting.

I've got a vision.

And we have this joy, this spaciousness, and pride in our hearts.

And we say yup... we actually, actually did it.

We brought that thing, your thing to life.
That idea.
You know, the one that keeps nagging you, the one that keeps asking when it gets to play and fly.
The one that keeps sitting under everyone else's requests and pending stuff.

Here we are, end of 2022.​​​​​​​​
For some years I have had the bandwidth for rituals and journaling and making vision boards but today, December 20th I'm still radically behind in gift-giving, thank-you sending, and oh so much more.​​​​​​​​

Still, I wanted to do something.​​​​​​​​

A short sit down to reflect on how it's all been.​​​​​​​​

I'm not ready for goal setting or plans to make (more on that to come), but I stopped and did a couple of things.​​​​​​​​

Simple but oh-so-good.​​​​​​​​

What a week!​​​​​​​​
​​​​​​​​
I taught 2 workshops at Stackwood,​​​​​​​​
Customer Journey Mapping and Brand Story​​​​​​​​
​​​​​​​​
It was so wonderful to meet all these big-hearted entrepreneurs and as I start my weekend tucked in bed with a hot chocolate... I ponder on the questions they asked me, their faces, laughter, and yes even tears.​​​​​​​​
​​​​​​​​
Running a small business is so hard.​​​​​​​​
Many times it takes more than it gives...​​​​​​​​
It can feel deeply lonely and the journey is full of questions, of wondering if should I do this or this. will this work or not...​​​​​​​​
​​​​​​​​
And because it's hard, I keep showing up for those that really want to make a difference. ​​​​​​​​
The tools I teach are powerful and sophisticated. Big fancy brands use them every day, so when I break them down into little pieces and make them accessible to small brands, I feel damn good. ​​​​​​​​
It feels like a Robin Hood kind of scenario where I feel I'm helping them have a better chance...​​​​​​​​
​​​​​​​​
