In this MAX Plant system, conveyors deliver material into the bin, then feed the cone crushing circuit in a controlled sequence.

A mineral processing plant is a material-flow system.

Every structure, conveyor, screen and transfer point has to be positioned in the right place so material can move efficiently through the plant from one stage to the next.

This lift is a good example of that thinking in action. The structure is being positioned as part of a much larger MAX Plant mineral processing plant, where engineering, manufacturing, transport and installation all work from the same design.

The hopper, feeder, jaw crusher, transfer points and conveyors are designed around the ore, operating method and requirements of the complete mineral processing system.

One of the advantages of MAX Plant's modular approach is that major sections of the plant can be delivered, positioned and connected without relying on large permanent concrete foundations beneath every module. That reduces site preparation requirements and allows installation to progress quickly once the equipment arrives.

These modular screens are manufactured in Western Australia and built so the truck can drive directly underneath the structure. Once on site, the truck drives away, the jack legs are lowered, and the screen is left in position ready to be wired and joined into the wider MAX Plant mineral processing plant.

That is the practical value of MAX Plant’s modular design. Large sections prepared for transport, positioned cleanly on site and integrated into the complete processing circuit.
