Gender equity in aviation isn't just about diversity—it's about capability.
Australia's aviation industry is entering a period of significant workforce pressure. To meet future demand, we need to ensure we're attracting, developing and retaining talent from the widest possible pool.
In the July/August issue of Australian Flying, Airflite General Manager Kristian Constantinides and CAE Melbourne's Marketing and Partnerships Leader, Samantha O'Connor explore why gender equity should be viewed as a workforce capability challenge rather than simply a diversity initiative.
One of the key messages from the article is simple:
