ESTIMATOR – ASPHALT & CIVIL
Perth | Immediate Start

We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Estimator.

This is an excellent opportunity for an estimator with a background in asphalt, civil construction, roadworks or related industries to take on a key role within a growing business.

About the Role

You will be responsible for preparing accurate and commercially competitive estimates and quotations across a range of asphalt and civil projects.

Your responsibilities will include:

Preparing detailed estimates, quotes and tenders
Reviewing project plans, specifications and scopes of work
Conducting site inspections and assessing project requirements
Calculating labour, materials, plant and subcontractor costs
Obtaining and assessing supplier and subcontractor pricing
Liaising with clients, suppliers and subcontractors
Identifying project risks, opportunities and potential variations
Ensuring estimates are accurate, competitive and commercially sound
Working closely with the operations team to ensure a smooth handover from estimating to delivery
About You

We are looking for someone who is:

Experienced in estimating within asphalt, civil construction or roadworks
Commercially minded with strong attention to detail
Confident reading plans, specifications and tender documentation
Strong with numbers and pricing
Highly organised and able to manage multiple tenders and deadlines
A confident communicator who can build strong relationships with clients and suppliers
Proficient with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
Able to work independently while also being part of a team
