We are thrilled to be working with the team at K Farmer Dutjahn Foundation again who have an exciting new opportunity for a Program Officer.

KFDF is a small but impactful organisation supporting Indigenous self-determination and regenerative sandalwood development on Aboriginal-managed lands in WA.

This brand new role role will work alongside Traditional Owners, Custodians, and communities and is crucial in shaping KFDF’s strategic direction and long-term growth. It involves designing, implementing, and evaluating projects focused on cultural heritage preservation, community wellbeing, and sustainable resource management, and reports directly to the CEO.

We're looking for someone with a strong understanding of social impact, sustainable development, and place-based community development, ideally with experience in Indigenous self-determination. Demonstrated project management success, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment are essential. Experience working in remote Indigenous communities is highly desirable.

Pauline Tarrant Consulting gives its full support for a First Nations Voice to Parliament to be enshrined in Australia’s constitution. 🖤☀️❤️� �

We believe that creating a First Nations Voice to Parliament is an important step for all Australians to recognise the contribution Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander People make to our country and give them a voice on policies and laws that affect them.

Australia 🇦🇺 is the nation of giving people a ‘fair go’ and with many ‘closing the gap’ initiatives failing to make meaningful progress since monitoring first began and our tax dollars often wasted on inefficient/ineffective programs it is time to try something different. (This is not a new concept, we are far behind many other nations in offering a voice with Canada, New Zealand and many others way ahead of us).

Voting YES brings a better kinder future to us and future generations.

It is our last HR For Good event.....before we transition to the AHRI not for profit network events.

Minter Ellison are pleased to be sharing the latest thoughts on employment law changes likely to impact on the 'for purpose' sector. There will be updates on planned legislative change along with some crystal ball gazing to look at future potential laws.

The lovely Heather Warner will be sharing how we can use these principles to communicate better in our workplaces (and in life in general).

The usual spread of food and drinks will be laid on and your ticket will cover this with any proceeds going to Junior Diabetes Research Foundation to support their work in the community.
