It's getting to that time of year for the 6 Week Rite of Passage.
It only runs once a year and is limited to 10 x spots.

WHAT IS A RITE OF PASSAGE
A rite of passage is a meaningful way of marking and celebrating the transition from one stage of life to another.
For thousands of years, cultures around the world recognised the importance of rites of passage as an essential part of community life.
They understood that without guidance, challenge, and support, young people could struggle to find their place and direction.
In modern society, many traditional rites of passage have disappeared. As a result, teenagers are often left to seek out their own ways of testing themselves — sometimes in ways that are risky, unhealthy, or disconnected.
Guiding your child through a rite of passage can help them develop confidence, resilience, self-awareness, and a deeper sense of belonging within themselves, their family, and their community.
While rites of passage differ across cultures and traditions, they all share three essential stages:
Separation – leaving behind the familiar and stepping away from a former stage of life.
Transition – a period of preparation, learning, challenge, and personal growth.
Integration – returning to family and community transformed, recognised, and welcomed into a new stage of life.
RITE OF PASSAGE 6 WEEK SKILL DEVELOPMENT
ABOUT
Over the course of the 6 weeks the children will be challenged to learn a variety of new skills based around survival.
The old self, uncertain on how to acquire food, water, fire and shelter will be forever left behind and a new self full of skills confidence will emerge.
The final week will be a challenge week where the kids will put their new skills to the test in order to provide, look after and and give back to their parents in a pretend survival situation.
