I've started a new class that is SEPARATE from Wild Movement Perth.

WHY
- working with boys over the years and watching them grow (including my own kids) I've seen the need / benefit/ natural desire most boys have to be physical in the outdoors.

Bushcraft, sports, fishing etc

For this reason I've started a class for boys age roughly 10yrs- 12yrs mixing a bunch of outdoors stuff together.

ABOUT CLASS
- the class is for boys to bond and connect via outdoors/ physical activity.
- there is a focus on positivity, good sportsmanship, kindness etc
- extreme competitiveness, put downs, bad sportsmanship etc are discouraged and talked about within the group.
- the types of activities are:
- sports such as cricket, footy, basketball, tennis etc
- bushcraft/ earth skills (carving, fire, archery etc)
- fishing (when the weather/ wind is good)

- Monday's (ran term 1 few spots available)
- Tuesdays (new class if there's enough interest ).
- Wednesdays (ran term 1 few spots available)

WHERE
- various locations (northern suburbs) location given each week in a private whatsapp group.

TIME
- 9am - 12pm

DROP AND LEAVE
- to give the boys some independence it is a drop and leave program.
- each week 1 parent is required to stay as a helper / extra pair of hand when needed.

WHATS PROVIDED
- gear will be provided (sporting equipment, wood working tools, fishing rods etc)
- however the kids will be welcome to bring there own gear (cricket bat, fishing rod etc)

TERM ONLY
- this is a term only class so the boys have plenty of time to bond, connect and get to know each other

COST
$50 per child per week

AVAILABILITY
- there is 10 spots available each day.

EXPRESS INTREST
- text me on 0431535992 with your sons name, age, intrests etc

ABOUT NATURE SCHOOL
Children today are growing up in a world very different from what our biology expects to experience.

Surrounded by technology, screens and artificial light, our kids are deficient in time outdoors connecting with nature.

Most could benefit from more time exploring creeks, catching grasshoppers, climbing trees, building shelters, making bow and arrows.

Nature school helps kids to feel comfortable in the outdoors during all seasons, from the heat of the summer to the cold of the winter.

Together we will explore natural environments, practice and learn earth based skills, as well as how to identify different plants and deepen our connection to the outside world.
