I am very pleased to share my new research published in a special edition on Social Sustainability in MDPI, in this paper we examine the role of board gender and board cultural diversity on corporate sustainability practices in global healthcare organizations.

👉🏻The highlights: Board gender and board cultural diversity are positively associated with sustainability performance. Also, our theory supports critical mass expectations, (three or more) women and culturally diverse directors is confirmed to influence sustainability performance (ESG controversies) for global healthcare organizations. These findings have implications for sustainability policies and diversity management.
