Culture, creativity and community came together at QV1 through our partnership with the Perth Symphony Orchestra to deliver Electric Symphony. An immersive orchestral experience that transformed the QV1 Plaza into a vibrant cultural destination in the heart of Perth’s CBD.

We’re proud to share that the initiative has been named a finalist in the Best Community Activation or Engagement category at the 2026 Property Council WA Awards.

Blending live orchestral music and large-scale production, the event welcomed more than 1,500 attendees and reimagined how a commercial precinct can be experienced beyond its traditional function.

A huge thank you to Perth Symphony Orchestra, donduo, the talented artists, and all partners involved in bringing this incredible event to life.

We're proud to share that QV1 has been named a finalist in the Best Commercial Fit Out or Redevelopment category at the 2026 Property Council WA Awards.

Our Fitted Office Suites project was designed to respond to a clear shift in the Perth CBD market – delivering premium, move-in ready workplaces within a Premium Grade tower.

In partnership with Creative Logic Interiors and CDI Group, we delivered three architecturally designed suites that introduce a new leasing typology to the Perth market, unlocking opportunities for boutique businesses to access premium workspace.

A great outcome and a testament to the collaboration across our project, leasing and operations teams.

In the lead-up to next weekend’s HBF Run for a Reason, QV1 tenants have spent the past four weeks taking part in our Strava Run Challenge.

Tenants logged their runs throughout the challenge, with every run earning an entry into the draw to win a $100 voucher from The Running Centre to support their training and race-day preparation.

Across the four weeks, QV1 tenants came together to log an incredible 336 runs and 3,177km.

Art and design have always been part of QV1’s identity — shaped by architect Harry Seidler’s vision of creating a place where people could connect, experience culture and grow.

Today, we’re excited to launch applications for the third iteration of QV1’s See My World program: Next Gen: Here and Now.

Delivered in partnership with this year’s program is dedicated to arts students, emerging artists and early-career creatives connected to Western Australia.

Over 12 months, six artists will transform QV1’s large-scale digital screens along St Georges Terrace into a platform for storytelling, experimentation and creative expression in the heart of the Perth CBD.

Applications are now open and close Wednesday 10 June, 2pm AWST.

Mindful May workshops

We are hosting a series of workshops this month designed to invite tenants to have a midday pause and reconnect with themselves.

Workshops:
- Stretch & roll breathing
- Sound meditation
- Chair massages

Last Friday, we hosted the first sound meditation class. An hour of calm and soothing sounds that left tenants feeling relaxed and rejuvenated at the end of their week.

The 2026 ANZAC Appeal will take place on Friday, 17 April 2025, with volunteers and Australian Defence Force staff collecting donations in the QV1 Plaza from 7:00 am.

For over 100 years, the ANZAC Appeal has raised crucial funds to support WA veterans and their families, providing emergency accommodation, food vouchers, crisis care, and advocacy.
