Tucked away at the rear of QV1 on Murray Street is a striking piece of public art by Mexican street artist, Curiot.

Created in 2015 as part of FORM’s PUBLIC festival, the multi-storey curved mural draws inspiration from Australia’s unique wildlife and landscapes, blending mythical creatures with animal and human forms.

Look closely, and you'll spot references to the koala and the beauty of our Australian bushland, brought to life through Curiot’s distinctive artistic style.

QV1 proudly supported Daffodil Day Cancer Council Western Australia and celebrated 40 years of bringing Australians together to give hope to those impacted by cancer. 🌼

Our tenant community came together to show their support, purchasing daffodils, pins, socks, and cuddly bears, with every purchase helping fund life-saving cancer research and vital support services.

Thank you to everyone who donated and supported a cause that continues to make a difference for so many.
