It makes me so sad that so many women in business think they need to do more to be more successful.

You don’t need extra courses, a fancy website, Facebook ads, to go viral, etc etc to make MORE MONEY and WORK LESS.

To grow your business to a point where more money keeps coming in, and you keep working less… so business does not rely on you because you’re the CEO… you only need 3 things:

There is no YET when it comes to scaling your business.

Scaling means:

When I first left my job to start a business, I ended up working more than my 9-5 and earning less.

Worse than that- if I didn’t work, I didn’t get paid.

Fast forward and I now not only earn multiple $10k months, I:
🔥make an epic profit margin
🔥work under 20 hours a week and can walk my girls to school
🔥take Fridays off to solo date
🔥make money even when I’m not working
🔥shut my laptop when I want
🔥am not a slave to my emails, clients or an endless to do list

These are the 3 things I did from DAY 1 in my current business that now allow me to enjoy LUNCH BREAKS by the pool reading my favorite book:

I get it - the dichotomy between feeling grateful and like you're in a chaos sandwich every day!

And the, add to this, the almost shameful feeling of thinking you're not allowed to voice how hard it is in case someone says 'why not just get a job then?'.

I see you and I want to tell you:
💗 The late night emails are worth it because it means you can do pickups.
💗 Popping them on ipads for an hour is okay because you don't have to always be 'on' for them.
💗 Them seeing you work is proving that women can build empires themselves.
- Talking about money normalises that they can make their own unlimited income when they become 'big' too.

But also, you don't have to do it all yourself. You're so used to always giving. And maybe you're even used to 'making up' for the fact that you're building a business.

With the right model, structures and resources you can easily have people on your team who can:
🤩bring in more CLIENTS
🤩make you unlimited MONEY
🤩let you do the things you LOVE while they do the rest

I work with so many freelancers whose next big thing is to create a bunch of low ticket digital products to make more revenue. They think this will offset the costs of business, make a tone more money, be the next Maria Wendt (who I freaking love, by the way).

This is NOT the way to skyrocket your business. ❌

Yes, they can add some passive income - but without a huge amount of time and a huge audience, it isn’t going to make a dent. And yes, they may bring some more people into your mailing list - which is also brilliant. But low cost digital products will not make you $50k months.

What you need to do:

🚀1. RETAINER SERVICES
Even if you solely do projects, how can you create a retainer service for confirmed predicted income each month? One that is duplicatable and scalable?

🚀2. HIGH TICKET = HIGH QUALITY SERVICES
You are an expert. You are a genius. Charge for your business’s services accordingly. And, most importantly. Add in extra for expansion and team growth. Use a P&L calculator like mine.

🚀3. SCALABILITY
What if 10 clients walked in tomorrow? Can you help them? Or are you leaving money at the door?

🚀4. DUPLICABILITY
This is KEY! You need to have more of you. You need to have the right team to do most tasks in your job description. You need to make yourself reductant in your business. You need to be the CEO, not another ‘doer’.

You’ve heard it before: where your focus goes, your energy flows.

We get this in theory, right? But what does this actually mean in a tangible sense? How does one actually ‘manifest that sh*t’.

How do you focus on something that hasn’t manifested YET? When it isn’t happening YET?

And how do you stop focusing on the lack when you’re hustling so hard without the results you want; not enough clients, not enough money, not enough time, not enough freedom, not enough, not enough, not enough...

Here’s the secret: WHAT YOU SEEK IS SEEKING YOU

All you need to do is:

✅Find a smidgen of evidence in your life of what you seek
✅Focus on that
✅Watch as more of it seeks you out in opportunities, signs and divine action to take
🔄Repeat

For example: you want to manifest a $20k month, focus on the money you are making now. See it as part of the way to $20k, NOT the difference between now and the $20k. Get excited by it. Look back to a few months ago, a year ago, when you were making less and see this proof of your manifestation already.

It’s as simple as that - what you seek is always seeking you. You just have to see it!

So many businesses I work with are spending all their energy and money on marketing, thinking more sales will be the answer to their profit goals.

But, in reality, making enough sales to hit your profit goal will likely see you burntout, working a million hours and having no time to keep up with the marketing.

There are 4 things that will get in the way from your profit skyrocketing:

❌YOU’RE AN EMPLOYEE IN YOUR BUSINESS
Do you do the work? What happens if you don’t? You need to establish a model where the business runs without you, and if 10 new clients walked in tomorrow, you can service them all. You need to be the CEO, not the worker.

❌PRICING BLOCKS
Perhaps you have a clear business model that utilises a team to move you from employee to CEO. This means there will be loads of on-costs you now need to incorporate into your pricing. You need to get comfortable charging much higher for the epic service you deliver, now that you have a team.

❌YOU NEED A RETAINER SERVICE
While project work is likely more dynamic and priced higher, it is inconsistent. You need a solid marketing plan to bring in constant leads. OR you can have a retainer model where you can estimate the income each week without needing to secure more clients, or give more hours.

❌YOUR BUSINESS ISN’T SCALABLE
You need to have processes, systems and automations in place so that if 10 new clients walked in tomorrow, they can be serviced. Likewise, if you need to recruit team members to take on the workload, it’s a simple rinse & repeat model.

This is exactly what I did to grow my agency from $0 to $50k months in under a year.

It’s no secret that I share my biz numbers. And I always like to be transparent. Running a business is expensive 🤐 check out my other posts that show the real numbers behind a $40k month.

Even still, it’s no small feat to hit $100,000 in revenue in under 4 months 🔥

So, here’s what I’d do differently to hit 6 figures faster:

✅ Always think this: ‘If 10 clients walked through the door tomorrow, could I take them’
- What systems, processes and man hours so you need to set up and invest in today, so that you can hit revenue faster?

✅ Don’t be scared about being ‘pushy’
- I cannot tell you how many leads have fallen through because I thought following up with a 3rd call after 2 missed calls was ‘pushy’. Life gets busy. People forget to call back.

✅ Create more content showing how you live the life you promise your service delivers
- most leads say to me that a lifestyle post or numbers post got them to book that call, rather than the inclusions my services offer. If you’re a fitness coach, share workouts and balance. If you’re a photographer, share curated photos of your life. If you’re a B2B of any sort, show the financial and time freedom you’re creating as a result of what you do.
