Hi I am seeking a 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom home in Landsdale or surrounding suburbs, with a budget of up to $900 per week.

Our household will consist of myself (51yr old female), my 18-year-old son and his two close friends from New Zealand. We all work full-time jobs. We are respectful, reliable and tidy, with all four of us contributing towards the rent and household expenses.

I have established and run my own cleaning business Ariz cleaning service in Perth with over 10 regular clients, and I take great pride in keeping a home clean and well maintained.
