In our short time operating as Diviv Group, our team has had the privilege of working closely with various major private and government organisations.
Due to growth, we are seeking a Account Coordinator to help assist daily account management and operations for our portfolio of clients.
The Role
To be successful in this position, you will be a passionate and self-motivated individual who is able to take the initiative and ownership over any given task.
The role will report directly to the Business Manager and will be responsible for supporting the team with the following activities:
• Managing and coordinating a portfolio of Diviv's customers work including customer communications (Tickets, Emails, Phone, Meetings)
• Coordinating and scheduling work with Diviv team members
• Qualifying sales opportunities – calling / emailing client prospects to understand their requirements
• Contribution to Social Media content and blogs
• Writing and amending proposal and contract documents

• This role provdes flexible around time and would be ideal for someone returning to work and or working around school hours
• Someone who has the equivalent availability of 3-4 days a week

Your Experience
• Work experience within the IT Industry and ideally a general high level understanding of web and software technologies and development processes
• Previous experience in a client facing, customer service based role, ideally coordinating customer accounts within the IT sector
• Previous experience working
