Honestly…
one area I know I’m still holding back in is visibility.

Doing more lives.
Showing up more boldly.

Deep down, I know I can do more.

“What if I’m not as good as I should be?”

And I think that’s the difficult thing about growth…
sometimes your potential is waiting on the other side of the fear you keep avoiding.

Because playing small may feel safer…
but eventually it starts feeling uncomfortable too.

𝗔𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗪𝗶𝘁𝗵𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝗳𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲

One of the last times I felt completely “not ready” was stepping more into leadership and coaching.

Honestly?
I was afraid.

Afraid I wasn’t good enough.
Afraid I wouldn’t lead people properly.
Afraid I would fail the people trusting me.

And even with videos and visibility…
there are still moments I feel nervous before pressing record.

But I’ve realised something important:
confidence rarely comes first.

Most of the time…
you act scared first,
then confidence slowly grows afterward.

And honestly?
Every time I moved forward afraid…
I discovered I was more capable than fear wanted me to believe.

One imperfect action I took was doing videos before I felt ready.

Honestly?
I was nervous.
Awkward.
Overthinking everything.

I didn’t feel confident.
I didn’t feel polished.
And I definitely didn’t feel “good enough.”

But I posted anyway.

And what happened after surprised me.

Nobody expected perfection.
People connected with the realness.

And slowly…
every imperfect action started building confidence I didn’t have before.

That’s when I realised:
clarity doesn’t come from overthinking forever.

It comes from moving.

One belief I used to struggle with a lot was:

“I’m not confident enough.”

And honestly…
that belief kept me small for a long time.

It made me delay videos.
Delay visibility.
Delay growth.

But one day I started shifting the question.

Instead of saying:
“I’m not confident enough…”

I started asking:
“How can I become more confident by practicing consistently?”

That small shift changed something mentally.

One thing I’m learning is this…

Your real standards are revealed on the days you don’t feel like showing up.

Not when motivation is high.
Not when everything feels exciting.

But on the ordinary days.
The tired days.
The mentally exhausted days.

Those are the moments that reveal discipline.

And honestly?
There are many days I don’t feel like posting, doing videos, learning, or pushing myself outside my comfort zone.

But I’ve realised something:
if we only move when we “feel like it,” growth becomes inconsistent.

So sometimes I show up tired.
Sometimes I show up afraid.
Sometimes I show up without confidence.

But I still show up.

✨ Discipline slowly shapes identity.
