Here’s another view of the first gold ore being loaded and hauled from Tennant Mine's White Devil Gold Mine, located ~50km from Tennant Creek in the NT.

First ore is officially on the move at White Devil!

Following our rapid mobilisation to site, the operation has quickly transitioned into full gear, with the first gold ore now being loaded and hauled from Tennant Mines’ White Devil Gold Mine, located ~50km from Tennant Creek in the NT.

Coming off the back of our strong operational performance and contract expansion over at Nobles, securing and delivering this milestone at White Devil highlights the strength of our ongoing strategic partnership with Tennant Mines, a subsidiary of ASX-listed Pan African Resources.

Steven Hulme, MMS CEO:
"Getting first ore hauled at White Devil so quickly after mobilising is a fantastic result. Congratulations to Chris K. (Regional Mining Manager), Frank Civello (Project Manager), and the entire MMS crew out in the Territory. Success like this comes down to building real, strategic partnerships with our clients like Tennant Mines.”

A massive thank you to our site, maintenance, and logistics crews for making this seamless transition happen safely and ahead of schedule.

We don’t just talk about building a presence in the NT. We are already on the ground doing it.

Recently, our team was out in force at the Mining the Territory Conference in Darwin, while simultaneously teaming up with Tennant Mines at the Barkly Careers Fair in Tennant Creek.

On-site at , Bitten & Frank Civello talk about what makes working with MMS in the NT so rewarding.

If you are looking for a team that gets things done, hits production targets, and loves where they work, you’re in the right place.

Astral Resources NL (ASX: AAR) has released the assays from the 92-hole (5,229m) in-fill RC program completed by MMS at the Think Big deposit, part of the Feysville Gold Project near Kalgoorlie, which MMS is developing under a fully-funded Joint Venture with Astral.

Results have returned broad zones of high-grade, near-surface supergene gold across multiple sections, including:

– 11m @ 7.34g/t Au from 38m
– 12m @ 5.89g/t Au from 30m
– 3m @ 10.0g/t Au from 21m
– 27m @ 1.36g/t Au from 41m

The average assay grade across the program was 1.78g/t Au, against the 1.2g/t Au at which Think Big was modelled in the Mandilla PFS.

This is the first major milestone under our fully-funded Development Joint Venture with Astral, under which MMS funds 100% of the development costs and manages the project through to production.

Astral Resources' Managing Director, Marc Ducler, commented: "We have made tremendous recent progress towards the development of the Think Big deposit as an early cash-flow opportunity through our proposed mining Joint Venture with MMS. Permitting is also advancing, with the NVCP approved within six months of submission, which was ahead of our internal schedule. Think Big remains on track for development in the March Quarter of 2027, with revenue expected in the June Quarter of 2027."

Our Chief Development Officer, Emma Edwards, added: "This is a really strong result and full credit to the crew who drilled it. Think Big is shaping up well and we are on track for mining in the March quarter."

Fully funded, drilled out and on track. We look forward to getting it done.

On the back of sharing invaluable insights on the panel for Future Female Leaders' STEM Day in May, Emma Edwards, MMS Chief Development Officer, plans to again at the upcoming NT Mining in the Territory Conference across 2nd & 3rd September 2026. This time, Emma will be speaking about key MMS case studies and operations.

Most people hear "contract mining" and think tonnes moved. Emma sees it differently. "Where tech services delivers value is by maximising ore recovery. It's not just about mining tons, it's about getting the most value out of the ore deposit."

Emma grew up in the goldfields and has worked across the entire value chain, from greenfields exploration through to production, shipping and logistics.

That's the thinking behind MMS's technical services team, who are constantly chasing smarter ways to work that better optimise the mine, from quicker geological modelling to faster assay techniques like photon assays.

The Northern Territory event, held at the Darwin Convention Centre, brings together three leading conferences, SEAAOC, Mining the Territory, and Clean Energy & Digital Infrastructure, under one roof, with over 900 industry professionals and 100+ speakers exploring the Northern Territory's growing resources, energy and infrastructure opportunities.

Brand-new gear, straight to work.

Our new Hitachi EX1200 tramming into the pit and getting stuck into the dirt at ESD. Having the latest fleet on site is about reliability, maximum uptime, and giving our operators the best tools to hit production targets safely. (The clean paint is a bonus!)

Three brand-new Hitachi excavators joined the MMS fleet over the last two months: two EX1200s and an EX2000, fresh off the factory floor in Perth.

Getting machines of this size to remote sites across WA and the NT takes real coordination. Using our MMS heavy haulage fleet, we handled transport directly to site. Once on the ground, our crews worked alongside the Hitachi crews to assemble, commission, and put them straight to work.

One EX1200 and the EX2000 are now operating in the Northern Territory, with the second EX1200 working at ESD in WA.

Our strong OEM partnerships and in-house transport mean we control the timeline from delivery to first load.

Growth comes from responding to what your clients actually need on the ground.

On site, Ricky Berryman, Crushing Superintendent, explains: "We've got a really fluid dynamic here. We're working with our clients to improve throughput, not just through the crusher but the whole mill. It's a genuinely collaborative approach, and that's how we move quickly and get things done."

When our clients across and need crushing and screening services fast, we build the solution. By vertically integrating our own in-house capability, we have turned clients challenges into a high-performing division that consistently delivers ahead of schedule.

Chris K., Regional Manager, explains the impact: "We focus on being commercial partners who prioritise getting the job done safely and on time. Our integrated crushing capability is a direct reflection of that."

We’ve proven across the country that when you pair an agile mindset with a highly perfoming team, you don't just hit targets, you crush them.

Record-breaking months don't happen by accident.

May 2026, marked our best month of production since operations began at the Nobles Project, with the team delivering an incredible 116,024 BCMs ahead of schedule, a massive 40% increase on the baseline plan.

This milestone was achieved on the back of close collaboration between the Tennant Mines planning team and the MMS operations team, who worked together to identify key opportunities to optimise the schedule and safely bring movement forward.

Delivering these kinds of results in Central Australia comes down to partnership and having the right people who know the region. A massive part of our success at Nobles is our shared commitment to building a strong contingent of local Northern Territory operators and workers.

Nobles Project Manager, Frank Civello, credits the achievement to the tight-knit team culture and connection to the local area:

"I couldn’t be prouder of what we have achieved. We’ve built a fantastic, tight-knit team here, and having so many local NT faces on site is a massive part of our success. The energy and work ethic are unmatched. As a team, we love being part of the Tennant Creek community, and it’s great to see that local pride translates directly into safe and productive operations."

By investing in local talent, working hand-in-hand with our clients, and embedding ourselves in the communities we operate in, MMS doesn't just establish projects, we optimise and deliver them ahead of schedule.

Chief Development Officer Emma Edwards and CEO Steven Hulme were on hand to hold the 20kg gold bars poured from our 100% owner-operated project, East Sampson Dam (ESD).

We acquired it. We planned it. We’re mining it. Seeing our ore become the final product is the ultimate validation of that end-to-end MMS effort.

Why does this matter to our clients? Operating our own mine doesn’t take our focus away from your projects — it completely changes how we look at them.

Unlike competitors who only see the services side, we know exactly what it means to be an owner. We understand the stakes, we know how to truly respect an ore body, and we treat your projects exactly like our own because we live it ourselves.

The precision and expertise that delivered this milestone for MMS is the exact same standard we bring to your site every single day.

A massive congratulations to the entire MMS team.
