👀 I’m on the look out for my next opportunity!

Over the last 6 months I’ve been working in a part time contract capacity as an extension of a People & Transfomation team and I’m thoroughly enjoying it (and so are they)!
I get to do what I do best and they get the experience and flexibility they need

🪧🚦My first project was to develop a leadership framework and 3 year roadmap, consulting with the Exec, Senior Leaders and other stakeholders to map the leadership journey to bring the business strategy to life.

🖥️📢Since then I’ve taken on a different project, supporting the change and comms for a payroll system implementation - leveraging the opportunity to change some ways of working and work on the payroll team’s brand.

As both projects are being handed to the internal teams, I’ll have space for my next gig

"Life is a roller coaster baby, just gotta ride it!" 🎢
This morning I hosted my first (of hopefully many) network events after pontificating on it for months, 🫣 and guess what?! It was nowhere near as scary as I imagined and I would go so far as to say... it was a success and I will definitely be doing at again.

For me the whole point of a network is not "who can I do business with" it is about "who's business can I support" whether that is through working together or just connecting people who can do great work together.

I want to build a network around me where I can be my authentic self, have sounding boards for my bonkers ideas, have partners for big projects, and have connections that go beyond work. (for "those" moments)

Maximum numbers for my workshops?!? I say “How big is the room? Let’s fill it!”

Just closed a really interesting 4 month program focusing on collaboration, and had an absolute blast leading this team of 70+ through it!

Through the support of Whole Brain Thinking ®️and the HBDI ®️ 🔵🟢🔴🟡 they gained personal & team communication insights, created a shared language, and developed nearly 100 different ideas for more effective collaboration.

Not bad for a team of analytical engineers! 👏
