Not everyone can get to a classroom each week. For aspiring business owners who would rather study from home, our next online, self-paced Self-Employment Assistance course starts on Monday 2 November.

Participants work towards a nationally recognised Certificate III or Certificate IV in Entrepreneurship and New Business and build a business plan, with mentoring from experienced business coaches available for up to 12 months.

The program is government funded and open to eligible people across the Perth North and Perth South regions, from Two Rocks to Waroona.

ABS is pleased to renew our sponsorship of Activate Mental Health for the next financial year, continuing a partnership that began in 2021.

📣 A great day at the Armadale Future Directions Expo 2026!

The ABS Institute team had a fantastic time at the **Armadale Future Directions Expo** this week, meeting people from across the community discussing opportunities for free small business training and what their next step could look like.

It was great to see so many employers, training providers, community organisations and support services come together under one roof.

A big thank you to everyone who stopped by to have a chat with our team, and to the organisers for putting together such a valuable event. 👏
