☀️ Heads up, WA solar owners! ☀️

Today (Thursday 13 August), Synergy ran a routine Emergency Solar Management (ESM) test across some rooftop solar systems. This is completely normal, no need to worry! ✅

**What is it?** 🔧
ESM testing makes sure solar systems can be remotely managed during low load events. It's a compliance requirement that helps prevent widespread electricity interruptions across the grid.

**Noticed your system online but not generating? 👀**
That's expected during testing! Here's what to do:

📶 Stay connected to your Wi-Fi, this helps your system reconnect smoothly once the test finishes.
⏱️ Impact should only last around **two hours**.
🔄 Your system will return to normal generation automatically.

Nothing's broken, it's just the grid doing its job to keep power reliable for everyone. 💪

🔋 We made the news! Channel 9 covered WA hitting its 50,000th home battery installation last night and one of our very own clients was featured.

Linda Slobb from Sherwood Strata Management shared just how well her system is performing. Her power bill is now down to just a few dollars before network costs. That's the kind of result we love to see.

The story featured her Fronius inverters and BYD battery setup and you might spot our own Chris Barnes in the footage too! 👀

WA is leading the charge on home battery storage, and we're proud to be part of getting Perth households there. 🙌☀️

Great to see Treeby recognised as one of the top postcodes in the country for battery uptake and even better to be part of the story. Our team installed this system as part of the Cheaper Home Batteries scheme, and it's fantastic to see local families taking advantage of it.

Ten on the wall. One serious system 👊

Behind every clean install is the graft you don't usually see, so here's both. The wiring, done properly, and the payoff: a full Sigenergy battery wall powering a major commercial site here in Victoria Park, Perth.

This is what we do. Not a bolt-on solar job, proper commercial electrical engineering (in house), from the cable management right through to a system this size. Big project, same standard we bring to every job.

Good news
Fronius monitoring is back online!
Fronius has restored their Solar.web monitoring service, so you can once again view your system's live data and stats.
A credit to the Fronius team for staying on top of it and getting things back up quickly. As always, your solar system kept generating throughout and this only affected the monitoring display.

Fronius monitoring is currently offline
We're aware that Fronius inverter monitoring (Solar.web) is experiencing an outage. This is on Fronius's end & not a fault with your system.

What this means:
Your solar system is still working normally and continuing to generate power
You may temporarily be unable to view live data or stats in the Solar.web app or portal
There's nothing you need to do on your end

We're monitoring the situation and will update you once service is restored. No need to call, but we're here if you have any concerns.
