The IMS Australia team took on a major component change-out and rebuild on a CAT haul truck under a tight schedule, and handed it back ahead of time.

On a mine site, every hour a haul truck sits in the workshop is lost production. Finishing early means the truck was hauling again sooner. That came down to solid planning, strong supervision and a crew that owned the job from start to finish.

Final mechanical checks and upgrades before this rig heads out to site, carried out by Brayden from the IMS Australia team.

Brayden rebuilt the spray heads, overhauled the pumps, coordinated the auto-electrical works and added a few new features to the rig. The goal is simple: equipment that performs from the first shift, with no breakdowns or call-outs in week one.

Full shell replacement on a Hitachi EX3600 bucket, done in-house by the IMS Australia team.
