Unique Designs WA My knowledge as a Building Designer allows me to provide the highest level of service possible. My name is Jason Joseph and I am a House and Land Specialist.

I have been in the building industry for over 10 years and have a wealth of knowledge from Architectural Draftsman to Architectural Designer, designing display homes, to House and Land Specialist. I am grateful for my family; they have been a great source of support and motivation, without them I would not be where I am today. Growing up I was always taught to be honest and truthful in all my deal

ings, in both my personal and professional life. Therefore, I have been able to dedicate my talents and time to my clients throughout the building process. My determination as a House and Land Specialist, coupled with complete commitment to my clients, will allow me to provide the highest level of service possible. I have a genuine desire to help my clients, whether they are First Home Buyers, trying to break free from the rent trap and into their own home or Investors looking to add to their portfolio. Throughout the years I have helped several clients build their own home in WA, from Yanchep all the way down to Mandurah. Whether it is a Home and Land package, starting from $250,000 or just a Home design as some clients already have land. A lot of people think that they cannot afford their own home due to their financial circumstances; however, this may not be the case. I have qualified and provided Home and Land packages for several clients, who thought they could not afford their own home after going to the bank and being declined.
