20 years is a long time in technology.

For more than two decades, Sun Industries has worked with Duncan Solutions to create print solutions for its parking machines, including graphic overlays for the award-winning NG Meter.

It’s a great example of where industrial print sits within modern technology, and as the technology has evolved, so have the ways we produce it.

The finished overlay may be just one component, but it has an important job to do. As Michael Almond from Duncan Solutions put it:

Designed to clearly identify every control, setting and function, these overlays bring precision and durability to the finished product.

We’ve been talking a lot about Element Engineering Australia lately, and thanks to the footage they captured during their visit to our workshop.

So we thought we’d take a look at the finished product.

What started as a project requiring durable graphic overlays, fascias and decals is now out in the field as the Cranio system, helping collect critical data in some of Australia’s toughest environments.

It’s always rewarding to see where our work ends up and the innovative products our customers are bringing to life.
