This weekend was spent creating a wonderful feast using the produce of the Margaret River region for Stephie and her many friends and family.

It was a real family affair… all the foods for the feast were served on my sister Georgie Zoric’s ceramics.
My daughter Kahina and I travelled down closely followed by Jamel dragging down our wood fire trailer… we all jooshed and decorated the farmhouse , plated and cooked and created the feast, woodfired so many delicious bites and the all kids made their own pizzas. Georgie and her daughter India nearly popped their poopers serving, making G&Ts ,washing and running themselves ragged generally…

It was a wonderful weekend… makes me realize how blessed I am in life.❤️❤️❤️

I have just been sooooo busy, it’s fantastic, sometimes hectic but always fun. It’s such a pleasure to cater loads of lovely parties and functions... remember the world is full of friends you haven’t meet yet.❤️❤️❤️
The second photo is a baked ricotta which I’ve added to most of this seasons feasts... so easy!Stud with garlic and Rosemary and a slosh of Olive oil , equally delicious studded with cardamom and cinnamon and baked with honey, serve with peaches and nectarines.

Woodfired catering last night...
The food was perfect for a cold night.
I wasn’t very on top of the photography so you will need to imagine what everything looked like...
We served woodfired olives, chorizo and squid, paprika almonds, zatar breads with fresh smoked babaganoush... slow cooked lamb with labne and caramelized onion.The best bits were the prosciutto wrapped pesto/feta chicken and asparagus(thanks Mum❤️).
I was a bit worried as it’s the first time we have smoked eggplant in situ... it worked amazingly we threw in the dried herbs and closed up the oven.We were so excited I forgot to take a photo...again
