We’re proud to celebrate a great milestone for our trainee scaffolder, Troy!
Troy started out with us in the yard, learning material identification, manual handling and company procedure, and has worked hard to build his skills, knowledge and confidence along the way. We’re excited to share that he has now completed his basic scaffolding ticket, a fantastic achievement and an important step forward in his career!
Yesterday, Troy and Noel built a 3 metre scaffold for a camera tower at York Racecourse, with Noel reporting that Troy is well on his way to becoming a proper scaffolder.
It’s been a pleasure having Troy on the team and watching him grow from the yard to a qualified scaffolder. We’re looking forward to seeing him out on site under the guidance of our lads.
A big thank you to the Waalitj Foundation for working alongside us and supporting Troy throughout his journey. Partnerships like this create meaningful pathways and opportunities, and we’re proud to be part of Troy’s story.
Congratulations, Troy. Well deserved!
