Some journeys teach you new skills. Others change the way you hold space for another human being.

Today, in Chennai, I completed my Gong Practitioner Training with Satvat Holistics and had the privilege of graduating after offering a live gong sound journey to more than 20 beautiful participants.

Over these past weeks, I've come to understand that sound is far more than vibration. It is presence. It is stillness. It is an invitation for the nervous system to remember what peace feels like.

As someone who works with leaders around the world, I believe true leadership begins with regulation before performance, presence before productivity, and inner harmony before outer influence. This beautiful practice will now become another way I can help people reconnect with themselves.

My heartfelt gratitude to Sunithi Ramesh and the entire Satvat Holistics family for sharing your wisdom, generosity and love so wholeheartedly.

The NCS Train the Trainer program wasn’t just learning, it was living the work behind transformation.

What I love most is seeing how experiences that once felt “unexplainable” can now be understood through neuroscience and applied in real life.
