Big news! At Home Together is coming to Melbourne. 🏡

For CEO, Ann, this is a very special milestone. Having grown up in Melbourne, and previously worked in the local community, Ann is returning home with her family to bring the same personalised, heartfelt care that our Canberra clients know and love.

It’s been lovely to already hear from people in Melbourne who know Ann and the reputation she’s built within the community. We can’t wait to welcome our first Melbourne clients and build those same meaningful relationships.

As for our Canberra families, don't worry—you probably won't even know she's gone! Ann will still be there when you need her, regularly returning to Canberra to visit the clients and families we care for. 💙

Getting out, connecting and sharing a meal together. đź’™

Around three months ago, we started our community lunches to give our clients the opportunity to get out of the house, socialise and enjoy time together.

What started with just three clients has now grown to around 20—and we love seeing our clients and team come together, share a laugh and enjoy each other’s company.

Recently, we enjoyed a beautiful lunch at Canberra Labour Club, with a delicious meal, a wonderful performance and plenty of laughs along the way.

Our clients are more than just clients to us — they’re part of the At Home Together family. 🏡
