This morning, DRDWA hosted a BBQ smoko on site in support of Men’s Mental Health Week, bringing our team together to raise awareness and encourage meaningful conversations around mental health. Thank You to our Field Service Supervisor Luke and Superintendent Jono for cooking.

Mental health challenges can affect any of us at any stage of life. Whether it’s work pressures, personal struggles, or simply the weight of everyday responsibilities, it’s important to remember that no one has to face it alone.

Take the time to check in on your mates, ask the question, and most importantly, be there to listen. Sometimes a simple conversation can make all the difference.
