📣 We’re Hiring – Junior Draftsperson

Quality Engineering & Manufacturing is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Draftsperson to join our team in Pinjarra.

This is a great opportunity for someone early in their drafting career who is keen to learn, grow, and gain hands-on experience in the engineering and fabrication industry.

The role will involve assisting with:

✅ 2D and 3D drawings
✅ Fabrication drawings and layouts
✅ Drawing updates and revisions
✅ Material take-offs and job documentation
✅ Working closely with our workshop and management team

We are looking for someone with:

🔹 Basic CAD knowledge
🔹 Strong attention to detail
🔹 Good communication skills
🔹 A positive attitude and willingness to learn
🔹 A current driver’s licence

Experience with SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Inventor or similar would be highly regarded, but training and support will be provided for the right person.

This is a full-time, locally based role with a supportive team and plenty of opportunity to develop your skills.

WE’RE HIRING – CNC Laser & Press Brake Operator

Quality Engineering & Manufacturing are currently looking for an experienced CNC Laser and Press Brake Operator to join our team in Pinjarra.

We are offering great rates for the right person, with the opportunity to work in a busy and supportive workshop environment.

The role will include:

Operating CNC laser cutting equipment
Operating press brake machinery
Reading and interpreting drawings
Working with a variety of materials and fabrication jobs
Maintaining a high standard of quality and safety

The ideal candidate will have:

Experience operating CNC laser and/or press brake machinery
Good attention to detail
Ability to work unsupervised and as part of a team
A strong work ethic and reliable attitude

Location: Pinjarra, WA
Rates: Great rates available for the right candidate
Start: Immediate start available
