Recently completed and sea-trialled, this highly optioned 6500 Cuddy Cabin is ready to turn heads. 🔥
Measuring 6.50m true length (7.20m LOA) with a 2.49m beam, she’s powered by a Suzuki Australia Marine 250hp, reaching 42 knots at WOT while cruising comfortably and efficiently at around 24–25 knots.
Built with serious anglers in mind, she carries 375L of fuel, 100L of fresh water and features a flush-mounted live bait tank, 175L floodable underfloor kill tank, large bait board with generous storage, salt and fresh water deck wash, plus a knee-operated overboard hand wash. Everything has been designed to make long days on the water easier.But she’s far more than just a fishing boat.
Comfort and practicality were just as important throughout the build, with a port-side lounge, folding backrest that converts into an extended rear-facing day bed, 55L Dometic fridge slide, carpet-lined V-berth sleeping two adults comfortably, canvas hatch cover, 12V charging ports and LED cabin lighting. Opening front windows and side sliders provide excellent airflow for those hot summer days. ☀️
At the helm, twin Garmin Australia & New Zealand 8412 MFDs are paired with GT56 and GT51 transducers mounted on Steve Rogers fully adjustable stainless steel brackets. The Fusion marine audio system by Garmin Australia & New Zealand with four 7.7” charcoal speakers delivers premium sound, while Hella marine LED cabin, cockpit and underwater lighting keeps everything looking the part after dark. Finished in an acid-washed raw alloy, the cabin has been wrapped in a striking metallic silver by the team at Tae Jang, while Occy Deck completed the fit-out with the ever-popular steel grey over black U-DEK by Ultralon marine flooring throughout.
