*** Ordering cakes / cupcakes ***
1. Remaining balance must be paid by bank prior to pick up or cash on delivery. (If I haven't not received your bank transfer please understand I will not provide the goods). Please advise me when a bank transfer is made so I can ensure this arrives.
2. When booking please tell me the date you will pick up your cake not your event date.
4. If I don't believe I can meet the requests or design of your order I will tell you upfront to avoid disappointment on your end and stress on mine.
3. Pick times for you to consider;
Friday evenings after 6pm
Sat AM between 8am -9.30
Sun AM 9AM - 1030
(Happy to discuss times outside of this, but must be arranged on booking)
4. If you are running late for your pick up be sure to contact me, these times are set and confirmed with you so I can plan things, I will be as flexible as I can but at times I may not be able to wait around. Please remember you are coming to my home, please knock and wait outside I will bring the cake to you directly.
5. If you book and than need to either cancel or reschedule a minimum one weeks notice is required. Less than one week will see a loss in your deposit.
5. I will contact you 1 week prior to pick up date to confirm all the details already discussed. There maybe a time when I need to cancel for unexpected reasons. Though this has never happened before I am also human, if this does happen I will contact you and any payments made will be refunded. Please send me message with any questions or to get a quote!
