Point Cook Business Centre is looking for an experienced and exceptional receptionist on a part time/casual basis to join our team at Level 1, 2 Main Street, Point Cook.
Role and Responsibility
• Greeting visitors and clients of the business
• Handling and directing all inbound calls
• Front desk reception duties
• Handling of incoming mail and preparation of mail to send
• Processing simple client requests as required
• Booking couriers, building maintenance, coordinating deliveries
• Maintaining appearance of front office and kitchen area
• Other ad hoc administration as required
Essential Skills and Qualifications
• Must have minimum of 12 months of experience.
• Exceptional customer service skills and a can-do attitude
• Impeccable self-presentation
• Works well under pressure
• Excellent communication skills
• High proficiency in English
Desirable
• Experience using Microsoft Office
• Experience managing diaries
