This week we’re celebrating all things Chardonnay, as our very own Chardonnay Queen hands over the trophy she’s won four times - Hunter Valley Winemaker of the Year (and is the only Hunter Valley winemaker to ever do so!). We’re also celebrating that our Cellar Door is a finalist at tonight’s Hunter Valley Wine Country awards night-of-nights - where we’re shortlisted for Cellar Door of the Year.

We’re incredibly proud to see First Creek Wines recognised again alongside an amazing group of Hunter Valley cellar doors in this year’s Hunter Valley Legends Awards for Cellar Door of the Year.

Keep an eye out this Thursday night too, as our very own Liz Silkman takes to the stage to hand over the Winemaker of the Year trophy. As the only Hunter Valley winemaker to have won the title four times, it’s a pretty special moment for the region and the industry.

Good luck to all finalists and cheers to another big year for Hunter Valley wine.
