STARLIGHT FIVE CHEFS DINNER⭐️
We were honoured to support the Starlight Australia Five Chefs Dinner last week in Sydney. Taking place at the Four Seasons Hotel, Sydney the event raised funds for the charity, which supports seriously ill children and their families. It was a magical evening for a brilliant cause. Thank you to all the chefs involved and the amazing organisers. Merralea and Hannah Scarborough attended and had a fabulous evening.

What a way to end Chardo-may! There's so much that exceptional Chardonnay and baking have in common, so we wrapped up a month-long celebration of Chardonnay with a special event, The Maker and the Baker. We know not everyone could make it along (we would have loved you all to be there), but we hope the chance to win a ticket throughout the month showed just how much we value your ongoing support and patronage.

We loved treating guests to a special afternoon with Sonoma Bakery at their Rose Bay store. It was the perfect way to also celebrate 25 years of Jerome Scarborough working at Scarborough Wine Co.

Sonoma's savoury and sweet treats paired beautifully with our Scarborough Chardonnays, including some museum releases from the cellar and a barrel sample of the 2026 Keepers of the Flame Chardonnay, that only Jerome Scarborough had tried until that point!

Thanks to Sonoma Founder, Andrew Connole and the entire Sonoma team for their incredible hospitality. Some things are just better when they rise together.
