Producing an award winning range of Vodka, Gin and Schnapps. Hunter Distillery is also the home of the renowned Valli Vodka, and Copperwave Gin. The distillery is a 100% Australian owned and locally run business, located in the clean air and pristine vineyards of the Hunter Valley, drawing its water from the valley' purest. We opened our doors to the public in October 2012.
