Three small-batch gins, each with its own character. 🍸

We'll take you through them first, then it's over to you. There's tonic, dry ginger and soda on the table, and half the fun is working out which gin goes best with what. Some people pick a favourite straight away. Others need all three before they'll commit.

The Gin Experience is back at our Cellar Door in Pokolbin. It's relaxed, hands-on and a little different from a w**e tasting, and it's worth booking ahead.

Our Citrus Gin is back. 🍊

Batch 1 turned into a bit of a favourite, so we didn't rush the second one. We've gone back over it, refined it, and the team think this one's even better.

Released this month, online and at our Cellar Door, and it's made for a tall glass with plenty of ice.

Last weekend of the school holidays. ☀️

If you're after somewhere the kids can run around while you sit down with a glass, come out and see us.

The lawns are open, dogs are always welcome, and a grazing box takes care of lunch for everyone.

There's a week in October when the jumper comes off by lunchtime and nobody bothers putting it back on. That's about where we're at. ☀️

We've been thinking about what we actually drink this time of year. Mostly it's Rosé, usually over a long lunch that turns into the afternoon, and a gin and tonic when it's still light at six.

We've pulled a few of those ideas together on the blog, along with one of our favourite places to try them, which happens to be the lawn here in Pokolbin.

Our Lawn Sessions are on this long weekend, Sunday 4 October, out on the lawns at Pepper Tree in Pokolbin, with Mark Henderson playing from 12noon

Book a Grazing Box for four or a Cheese Box for two. Each comes with a bottle of w**e, and we'll have the glasses and picnic rugs waiting for you.

Find a shady spot under the trees or stretch out in the sun, then settle in for the afternoon. Entry's free with any tasting, box or bottle.
