🐾 Pet-Friendly Hanging Tree Wines offers one of the most welcoming cellar doors in the Hunter Valley - housed within an old cow-shed and complete with a heritage Blacksmith's Cottage, Horse-whispering lodge, duck pond and French parterre-designed rose bed. We are family & pet friendly - with our own pups (Vodka, Muscat, Bundy, Kahlua, Sambuca), a giant chess board & other fun games onsite. Set over 40 acres, our grapes are handpicked to produce a variety of sparkling, white, red, sweet and fortified wines. We also have over 300 olive trees where we handcraft olives, tapenades and olive oils. So pop in and have a picnic, BBQ, or come enjoy our local cheese platters while trying our award winning wines! Looking to book your next getaway or function? Hanging Tree Wines also offers a Homestead accommodation on the vineyards. Comfortably sleeps 8 in its 4 bedrooms & 4 bathrooms. Built in 2005 with a large self-contained kitchen, 2 living rooms, 2 fireplaces, 2 sunrooms & wrap around deck with surround views of the Brokenback Mountain ranges. 🍷 A LITTLE TASTE OF LATIN AMERICA - ONE WEEKEND ONLY! 🇵🇪

We’re bringing something a little different to Hanging Tree W**es!

Join us for a guided food and w**e experience celebrating vibrant Latin American flavours, paired with six of our Hunter Valley w**es.

Across the flight, you’ll enjoy six food pairings - four cold, one hot and something sweet - from creamy prawn causa and anticucho chicken wings to rich chocolate cake and some deliciously unexpected w**e matches.

We’ll guide you through each pairing, sharing stories about the dishes, the w**es and what makes them work so beautifully together.

Behind the food are Alex & Lori from Chicharoon - Peruvian childhood sweethearts with a passion for the flavours they grew up with, and years of experience in fine-dining kitchens.

No w**e knowledge needed - just bring your curiosity and appetite!

Following the incredible feedback from our last Wagyu dinner, we’re bringing it back for another very special evening - with Devon Café opening exclusively for us.

Five courses | Four premium Wagyu cuts | Seven w**es | And our very own Wagyu Queen, Mavis, guiding us through it all 🤗

With more than five years working with premium meats and a WSET Level 4 w**e qualification, Mavis brings two great passions to the table - exceptional meat and w**e. She’ll share her knowledge along the way, taking us behind each cut and exploring how flavour, texture and w**e come together.
