We are a family-run winery nestled in the heart of Pomonal in the stunning Eastern Grampians. Here, we craft not only premium wines but also a selection of unique, small-batch beers and ciders from our on-site microbrewery. Our cellar door restaurant invites you to taste our wine, beers and ciders while savouring these flavours alongside fresh, locally inspired dishes. We’re more than just a winery—we’re a destination, with brand new luxury self-contained accommodation and an inviting space for functions, conferences, and gatherings. Another wonderful weekend at our cellar door. ❤️

We had friends and families joining us, settling in for a few hours of good food, w**e, b**r and even better company.

🥂W**e flights being enjoyed, b**r paddles making their way around the tables, plenty of laughs and lots of good conversations — it was exactly the kind of weekend we love.🍻

There’s something pretty special about seeing people slow down, enjoy a drink together and simply spend time with the people they care about, all while taking in those beautiful Grampians views.🌄

The atmosphere was fantastic, and weekends like this are a lovely reminder of why we love what we do.

Thanks to everyone who joined us — we can’t wait to do it all again next weekend. 🍷🍺

Available every Saturday & Sunday from 11am–5pm at our cellar door, enjoy indulgent hand-painted chocolates from Kerrie’s Kreations paired with our Pomonal Estate w**es.

With tasting notes to guide you through each pairing, you can sit back, relax and enjoy the flight at your own pace, all while taking in the beautiful Grampians backdrop.

Our 2023 Single Vineyard Rosé has so much to offer. Of course, it’s perfect for sipping in the sunshine, but it’s also a wonderfully versatile foodie w**e.

Think cheeseboards, Thai-style salads or even a fresh strawberry dessert — this is a Rosé that loves to be paired with food, and that’s exactly why we love its diversity.

Our Redman’s Bluff Villa is made for a romantic escape for two, with beautiful mountain views, birdsong in the morning and plenty of space to slow down and switch off.🍷

Spend the day hiking the Grampians Peaks Trail, exploring the region or simply escaping the hustle and bustle of city life. Then come back to your villa and relax.

We’ve had a few locals and visitors ask how Pomonal Estate and Iris Restaurant & W**e Bar work together, so we thought we’d share a little information about our collaboration and what you’ll find here at Pomonal Estate. ❤️

Pomonal Estate remains proudly owned and operated by Adam & Pep. We look after our 7 luxury villas, vineyard, estate w**es, handcrafted b**rs and our seasonal pop-up cellar door, open Saturdays & Sundays, 11–5 throughout Spring, Summer & Autumn.

At our cellar door, you can enjoy w**e tasting flights, our popular w**e & chocolate flights, b**r paddles, w**e by the glass and bottles to take home. We also offer a selection from the Iris menu for those enjoying the cellar door experience.

However, if you’re looking for the full dining experience, we encourage you to book a table and enjoy lunch at Iris Restaurant & W**e Bar, the main dining venue. Iris Restaurant & W**e Bar is a separate business, owned and operated by Dean & Nicole Sibthorp of Block & Cleaver. It’s where you can experience Iris’ elevated dining style, with a carefully curated menu celebrating local and seasonal produce in a relaxed and welcoming setting.

Our collaboration allows the two businesses to compliment each other beautifully. Iris proudly showcases Pomonal Estate w**es, Grampians w**es and Adam’s handcrafted b**rs, while our accommodation guests can enjoy the wonderful dining experience Iris offers.

So, while we are two independent businesses, we’re fortunate to share this beautiful property and work together to create a special destination for locals, visitors and our accommodation guests.
