Introducing David, our Project Manager.

Although he’s only been with Nocelle for a couple of months, Dave has already embraced what makes the business special — the strong family environment, the passion for quality products, and the fast-paced, innovative environment that keeps things moving forward.

Working closely with our Operations teams, Dave is focused on driving efficiency while maintaining the high standards behind every product that reaches our customers.

Outside of work, you’ll usually find David exploring South Australia with his family and Labrador Daisy, coffee in hand… or working on mastering the perfect wood-fired pizza 🍕🔥

Say hello to Thang, our Operations Manager.

From stepping into the business as a Business Development Manager to quickly taking on operations, Thang has been hands-on in shaping how we run day to day.

What keeps him motivated? The people. A truly diverse team, a strong family culture, and a workplace where different perspectives come together to make things better.

Outside of work, it’s all about balance — keeping things structured at work and embracing the unexpected after hours with new activities every week.
