This nationally recognised course provides practical skills to support mental health in high-pressure environments.

How to recognise the difference between a mental health concern and a mental health crisis, provide peer support, initiate supportive conversations, and connect colleagues with professional mental health services when needed.

The course also emphasises reducing stigma and creating a supportive workplace culture.
