3% is good for maintaining but 6% may be needed in initial shock treatment depending on the level of mould and the length of time it has been in your home. You can usually by hydrogen peroxide from your local supermarket or chemist, apply using a spray bottle. Hydrogen peroxide is 1 of the safest products that you can use in your home but with any cleaning products as always please use gloves, safety glasses and a mask to be safe. If using outside of your bathroom where carpet or timber flooring is present, use waterproof drop sheets when applying. Hydrogen peroxide can bleach porous surfaces when active.
