It’s often I get called into businesses to help resolve inner conflict. Interestingly, the problem I am first told is rarely the real problem. What starts as disagreement around communication, decision making or direction often unravels into something much deeper. Unspoken frustrations, unresolved issues, different expectations, fear of change that have possibly been avoided for too long.
Compiling the right questions is vital in making people feel heard and understood. The truth always lies in the hard conversations which is when the real progress starts ❤️

I hear the phrase “old school” often when coaching people in business. Sometimes it’s said with respect, other times it’s used as a way to dismiss someone’s approach, values and standards. Here’s what I believe. Being “old school “ doesn’t mean being outdated. You can still embrace technology, innovation, AI and current systems while still holding strong values around people, respect, accountability, communication and consistency. Some of the qualities labelled “old school “ are the very thing many workplaces are desperately missing. Staying current in your thinking and staying grounded in your values is my message to you ❤️
