'Had a Canadian Solar (10.56kW) panels and a Sigen hybrid inverter, 32kW Sigen batteries and Sigen gateway installed at my house in Port Macquarie on Feb. 26.

'I couldn't be happier with the experience I had with SolaXs.

They recently installed a 31 kW solar system consisting of 65 Jinko panels, along with a 36 kWh Sigenergy battery and gateway. From the initial design through to the completed installation, the whole process was professional and well organised.

A big thank you to Terry, who was extremely helpful while I was working through the various system options. He was happy to provide multiple quotes with different system sizes, battery configurations and roof layouts, which made it much easier to compare the options and choose the system that best suited my needs. I never felt pressured into a particular solution and really appreciated the time he took to answer my questions.

I'd also like to thank Chris and the rest of the installation team. They completed the installation quickly, the workmanship was excellent, and they left everything neat and tidy when they finished. What impressed me even more was that they completed the installation on the date they originally promised, despite the amount of wet weather leading up to the job, which I had expected might cause delays.

One unexpected bonus was that when I accepted the quote, it included four 8 kWh Sigenergy battery modules. By the time the installation took place, the newer 9 kWh modules had become available, and SolaXs installed all four of the new modules instead, increasing my battery capacity to 36 kWh at no additional cost. That was a fantastic surprise and shows they look after their customers.
